Candidates with prior experience: in the Medical / Healthcare industry will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Financial Statements, and Profit & Loss Accounts. Manage end-to-end accounting operations and the General Ledger. Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations. Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cash flow. Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes. Maintain accurate financial records and implement strong internal controls. Requirements: 4+ years of relevant accounting experience. Minimum 2 years of experience: in a managerial role. Strong experience: in Balance Sheet Finalization, Financial Statement Preparation, and Profit & Loss (P&L) Reporting. Sound knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting. Experience: in the Medical / Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
