The Angola Country Office (CO) is looking for a Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Officer where WASH is a major component of the Country Programme 2024-2028. The WASH Officer reports to the WASH Specialist NOC on climate resilient WASH and WASH in emergencies but also needs to support the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Anticipatory Action (AA) agenda across all programmatic sections. Purpose of the job: The WASH Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming processes, with the application of theoretical and practical technical skills in researching, collecting, analyzing and presenting programme information while learning organizational rules, regulations and procedures to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the Climate Resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction output results of the Country Programme.
