is partnering with an established and ambitious international iGaming business to appoint a

Chief Product Officer (CPO)

.

Our client operates a diverse portfolio of digital products across online casino, sports betting and emerging prediction markets, with an international presence and a strong track record in performance-driven digital growth.

As the business continues to expand beyond its established affiliate operations into technology platforms, monetisation solutions and strategic partnerships, it is looking for an experienced product leader to drive its next phase of growth.

This is a senior executive appointment offering significant ownership, commercial influence and the opportunity to shape the product strategy of an established business undergoing an exciting transformation.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the

Chief Product Officer

will take full ownership of the company's product vision, strategy and roadmap.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning established affiliate products, business-to-business technology platforms, monetisation solutions, partner integrations and emerging digital products.

Your primary objective will be to bring these initiatives together into a cohesive, commercially driven product organisation, ensuring clear priorities, scalable technology and measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, engineering, commercial stakeholders and operational teams, you will play a central role in determining how the business develops, launches and monetises its products.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute a unified product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
• Oversee multiple product lines, balancing the continued development of established revenue-generating products with new platform opportunities.
• Evaluate build, buy, partner and white-label strategies based on commercial viability and long-term scalability.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate technology, improve efficiency and develop reusable product components.
• Drive the evolution of emerging technology platforms into commercially successful standalone products.
• Commercial Performance & Monetisation
• Take ownership of product-driven revenue growth, conversion optimisation and monetisation performance.
• Develop and optimise affiliate products, including comparison websites, ranking systems, advertising inventory and tracking solutions.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to improve advertising inventory, pricing strategies and partner monetisation models.
• Establish clear product performance indicators linked to revenue, conversion, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Use data, experimentation and customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Platform Development & Partnerships
• Lead the development and commercialisation of business-to-business platforms, including affiliate networks, monetisation technologies and data-driven products.
• Oversee product integrations with external partners and strategic joint ventures.
• Support the development of scalable solutions for third-party websites and distribution partners.
• Evaluate new technologies, products and partnership opportunities that strengthen the overall product portfolio.
• People Leadership & Delivery
• Build, develop and lead a high-performing product organisation, including product management and user experience/design.
• Establish clear ownership, accountability and delivery processes across product teams.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to ensure efficient product development and execution.
• Introduce structured product discovery, prioritisation, documentation and performance measurement.
• Foster a culture of commercial thinking, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Innovation, Artificial Intelligence & Compliance
• Identify opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence into product development, automation and customer-facing solutions.
• Collaborate with technology leadership on scalable infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Ensure products meet relevant market-specific regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards.
• What We're Looking For
• We are particularly interested in speaking with commercially minded product leaders who combine
• deep iGaming affiliate industry experience with a proven ability to build, scale and monetise digital products.
• Essential Experience
• At least 10 years of product management experience, including 4+ years in senior product leadership positions.
• Previous experience as a Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Product, Head of Product or equivalent.
• Strong, hands-on experience within the iGaming affiliate industry, including casino and/or sports betting.
• Deep understanding of affiliate monetisation models, operator partnerships, tracking, attribution and conversion optimisation.
• Demonstrated success developing and launching business-to-business platforms, software-as-a-service products or comparable technology solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience translating product strategy into measurable revenue growth.
• Experience managing multiple products, teams and competing commercial priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical concepts such as application programming interfaces, content management systems and data integrations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Desirable Experience
• Exposure to regulated United States iGaming or sports betting markets.
• Experience with prediction markets, odds comparison products or sports data solutions.
• Strong understanding of search engine optimisation and content-driven digital businesses.
• Experience establishing or restructuring product organisations during periods of growth.
• Practical experience applying artificial intelligence to product development and business operations.
• Experience with strategic partnerships, joint ventures or third-party platform integrations.
• What Success Looks Like
• Within your first six months, you will be expected to have established a clear product strategy, introduced a structured and prioritised roadmap, strengthened the product organisation and delivered measurable improvements across existing products.
• You will also play a key role in accelerating the commercial launch and adoption of new technology platforms, improving product delivery and creating scalable foundations for continued international growth.
